Mission

The Association of School Counselors at Chapman (ASCC) is Chapman University’s first school counseling association and was officially recognized by the university in 2010. The mission of ASCC is to represent professional school counselors in training at Chapman University and to promote collaboration, leadership, and ethical practice in the field. ASCC further aims to promote unity and collaboration among graduate students in counseling, as well as to provide professional development opportunities, share resources, offer peer support, and create networking opportunities. We strive to empower each of our members to reach their full potential academically and in their future careers as school counselors.
